Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members. Help train and onboard new employees. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Monitor labor, food quality, and speed of service during your shift. Assist with inventory, prep levels, and shift readiness. Support opening and closing procedures. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure company standards are followed.
