Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.\nEnsuring that all requirements are met by the Supply Chain Department.\nEnsure that ERP/MRP is running according to planning and Procurement agents are compliant with MRP Process.\nMeet weekly with Purchasing group to review all open projects and discuss “big picture” objectives and course of action. (Purchasing could be in USA or France)\nResponsible for managing overall inventory levels, increasing inventory turns, while keep an uninterrupted flow of material for manufacturing.\nDevelop and manage continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems.\n\nMiscellaneous Duties:\n\nMaintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements\nInterfaces with product line coordinators on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments\nEnsures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functions\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements:\n\nPhysical Demand:\n\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
