Everyone here can be innovators that bring in new ideas and explore where the potential exists for the meaningful reform.\nWHAT DO WE DO?\nForward Logistics is an intrastate and interstate motor carrier specializing in Loose Cargo Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), Full Trailer Load (FTL), oversized cargo, and special project cargo delivery. In human words, we move cargo from point A to point B on the road with a truck.\nARE YOU ONE OF US?\nThis position has overall responsibility for picking up and delivering shipments based on company / customer needs.\nRequirements:\nOperate vehicle or equipment following federal and state regulations, as well as company protocols and guidelines.\nPick up and deliver cargo from one location to another following dispatch routes and time schedule.\nHandle shipment with care and report any abnormality to Operations Team.\nProvide professional and friendly customer engagement and communication.\nPerform regular equipment inspection and complete inspection report as instructed.\nUse electronic logging device (ELD) to record hours of services.\nComplete other checklist or reports as instructed.\nParticipate in periodic regulatory training or testing as instructed.\nQualifications:\nAt least 2 years of CDL class A certification.\nExperience of using ELD.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions/manuals.\nAbility to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\nAbility to write clear correspondenance.\nAbility to speak effectively before customers, vendors, or company employees.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.\nCurrent valid drivers license with clear record.\nForklift operator training may be required in certain locations.\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds.\nHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent combination or education and work experience.\nApplicants may be required to provide a DMV driving record at their own expense (non-reimbursable).\nFORWARD TOGETHER\nForward Logistics is an employee forward company.
