Executive Assistant to Founder
Our client, an alternative investment firm located in Midtown, NY, is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support their Founder! Responsibilities of this position include managing a calendar for the firm's founder, arranging internal and client meetings, managing incoming phone calls, and assisting on various ad-hoc administrative and minor accounting needs. The ideal candidate will come with at least four years' experience supporting an executive-level alternative investment professional, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to handle a fluctuating work schedule. Experience using Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with Dynamo CRM is a plus.Responsibilities Include:Booking client and internal meetings, organizing meeting materials, taking notesCoordinating and managing travel arrangements including schedules and agendasOrganizing calendars, updating file databases, and assisting on any projects as neededRequirements:At least four years' experience supporting a C-Level executive, preferably for an established alternative investment firmAbility to manage and update multiple schedulesProficiency in Microsoft Office required, Dynamo CRM a plus
