Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end value stream performance and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and lean manufacturing goals.Develop and implement value stream maps to identify and eliminate waste, improving efficiency and flow.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to optimize product realization and delivery.Foster a culture of problem-solving and proactive engagement in process optimization.Manage resource allocation and budget for assigned value streams. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their practical application (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Bonus QualificationsLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Experience with advanced analytics tools for process optimization (e.g., Python, R, Minitab).Proven ability to mentor and develop team members in Lean methodologies.Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
