This role supports production efficiency by ensuring materials are delivered to the right location at the right time while following all safety, quality, and operational standards.\nKey Accountabilities\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documents\nTransport materials to designated storage, production, or shipping areas using appropriate equipment\nAccurately record material movements in inventory systems or logs\nPerform basic packaging, labeling, and palletizing of materials and finished goods\nConduct routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards\nFollow all safety standards\nAssist with loading and unloading trucks when required\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School diploma or GED or equivalent experience\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred\nAbility to read work orders, labels, and basic production documents\nForklift certification or willingness to obtain certification\nExcellent organization, time, and inventory management skills\nBasic computer or inventory system experience preferred\nDetail oriented with good verbal and written communication skill\nAbility to interact with internal customers in a professional manner\nPhysical Requirements\nRegularly required to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods\nFrequently required to use hands and fingers for handling, grasping, sorting, scanning and operating standard warehouse or office equipment\nAbility to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required to receive, inspect, and store materials\nAbility to safely operate material-handling equipment with training and certification\nVisual ability sufficient to read labels, documentation, and computer screens\nAbility to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting\nAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.\nPay Range\n$18.00 - $21.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
