Maintenance Person

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system checks, and minor repairs - Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems to identify root causes - Conduct inspections to ensure all facilities meet safety and health regulations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities - Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs - Fabricate or weld parts as needed for repairs Experience: - Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair - Ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers - Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff - Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with internal teams and external vendors - Welding and fabrication skills are a plus If you are a dedicated Maintenance Person with a passion for ensuring operational efficiency through effective maintenance practices, we encourage you to apply.
