As the company continues to expand nationwide, there is a strong opportunity for this role to evolve into a Head of Human Resources position for an individual who consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership, initiative, performance, and alignment with our company culture.\nThis is not a traditional HR Manager position. We're looking for someone who wants to build, improve, and lead. You'll play a key role in shaping our HR department, creating scalable processes, partnering with leadership, and helping establish the foundation for our continued growth.\nWe are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR operations for a growing company with multiple departments and evolving workforce needs. This role is ideal for someone who can balance high-level HR leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.\nThe HR Manager will be responsible for building and managing HR systems, ensuring compliance, improving the employee experience, supporting leadership, and creating scalable processes that support the company's continued growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead all Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration\nDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices\nManage hiring processes from recruiting through onboarding\nOversee employee files, documentation, and HR compliance requirements\nSupport leadership with coaching, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workforce planning\nCreate and improve training programs, employee development initiatives, and internal communication processes\nManage workers' compensation, auto and unemployment claims, and leave administration\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws\nAssist in building company culture, retention initiatives, and employee engagement strategies\nMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters\nHelp create scalable systems and workflows as the company continues to grow\nQualifications\n5+ years of Human Resources experience required\nPrevious HR leadership or management experience preferred\nStrong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance (multi-state)\nExperience managing multiple priorities and departments simultaneously\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times\nExperience with recruiting and onboarding platforms, HRIS systems, and process development preferred\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and capable of building structure within a growing organization. They are comfortable both leading strategy and handling day-to-day HR operations.
