Thorough and demonstrated knowledge of Test & Balance is required\nStrong knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, domestic hot water systems, and control systems\nPrevious project management experience specifically with higher education, health care, pharmaceutical and/or commercial facilities\nProven track record of performing planning, functional testing, building performance investigation and building systems troubleshooting for new and existing buildings\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to a wide audience, including contractors, architects, and engineers with varying degrees of technical knowledge\nAbility to manage scheduling and data review for multiple projects simultaneously\nDemonstrated ability to build successful partnerships and collaborative teams both internally and with other organizations\nPrevious experience with winning teamwork, leadership and highly collaborative environments\nStrong background with using software and tablet devices to maximize site observations and efficiency of tasks\nAbility to travel as required for projects being executed nation-wide.
