35/hr.\nThe primary responsibility of this role is to support the Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) team to process purchase requisitions, negotiate enterprise purchases, and facilitate company’s process for Software technology purchases and sourcing events.\nReporting to the Manager of IT Software Sourcing, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies, obtain best value, and mitigate risks for the business.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n· Driving Procurement activities for varying software types from perpetual licenses to Software as a Service (SaaS) for utilization by company’s technology teams.\n· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a negotiation plan and lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best value for the software product and associated services while mitigating legal risks for the Enterprise.\n· Designing, planning, managing, and leading key Requests for Proposals, information, quote, etc., with cross-functional teams for software and software implementation services as applicable.\n· Supporting Legal and the Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Contracts Team with the development and execution of contractual documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, Services Agreements, and other contracts as necessary to support Procurement and business needs.\n· Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners.\n· Effectively manage all sourcing and price negotiation activities and in-coming ad hoc business unit requests resulting in a contract or purchase order.\n· Process business requests to issue purchase orders to suppliers.\nWhat You Bring:\n· Minimum of 2 years of experience with indirect procurement sourcing.\n· Minimum of 2 years of experience with Software sourcing and negotiations.\n· Demonstrated experience in procurement principles and practices or equivalent experience.\n· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables.\n· Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgment and strategic thinking.\n· Strong collaboration, communication (written and verbal), and influencing skills.\n· Experience with procurement of software and related technology services.\nAdded Bonus If You Have:\n· Familiarity with Ariba (or similar tools).\n· Automotive industry experience.\n· Masters or graduate degree in business, supply chain, or related field.\nJob Type: Contract\nPay: $30.00 -
