Job description Mobile Home Community Groundskeeper Location of opening: New Richmond, OH We are looking for someone to join our team to perform a variety of landscaping maintenance in New Richmond, OH. This can include regularly mowing lawns, weed, plant flowers, remove debris from community grounds, and overall ensure the community is well-maintained as well as presentable. JOB DUTIES Ensures community is presentable at all times Maintains community equipment Picks up trash/debris from common areas and streets on a daily basis. Empties common area trash containers as needed Regularly treat weeds for weed control, weed whip, rake leaves, plant flowers/shrubs, spread mulch/woodchips/stones, trim shrubs and hedges, cut down and remove tree limbs damaged by adverse weather conditions, and perform other lawn care services including snow removal Safely operates vehicles for the purpose of performing job duties Follows safety procedures while performing duties Other duties and special projects as assigned REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED (Required) 3-6 months Previous grounds keeping experience 3-6 months Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general grounds maintenance techniques Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours Ability to work well independently as well as on a team Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs Must have a valid driver's license Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Relocate: New Richmond, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
