Logistics Specialist

Graham Technologies is seeking a Logistics Specialist to perform advanced logistics functions, including supply chain coordination, property accountability, and process improvement, in support of mission operations within a secure government environment.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics processes, maintaining accurate property accountability records, and analyzing operational data to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires the ability to work independently, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, including FAR and DFAR. The candidate will support end-to-end logistics activities, contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, and deliver high-quality reporting and documentation to support mission success.Location: Springfield, VAKey ResponsibilitiesManage inventory, distribution, and property accountability systemsAnalyze logistics data and improve operational efficiencyPrepare reports, briefings, and logistics documentationEnsure compliance with FAR, DFAR, and financial regulationsSupport logistics planning and coordination effortsRequired SkillsExperience:Minimum 8 years total experience At least 6 years' specialized experience in logistics operations or supply chain managementEducation: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Clearance:Active TS/SCI clearance Skills:Logistics systems (ERP, APSR, WMS, RFID or similar)Data analysis and reportingStrong problem-solving and coordination skillsDesired SkillsExperience:8-10+ years supporting DoD / IC / Federal programsExperience leading tasks or coordinating teams Education:Masters' degree Clearance:TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Certifications / Tools:DAWIA Level II (Logistics) Certified Professional Logistician (CPL)Knowledge:FAR / DFAR and Government Property ManagementCompensationAt Graham Technologies, we believe in treating everyone with fairness and respect.
