Join us at Qualitest!\nWe are looking for a DER Infrastructure Testing Manager to join our growing team in United States!\nRole - DER Infrastructure Testing Manager\nLocation - Hybrid (Baltimore, Chicago or Philadelphia)\n\nWe are seeking a QA Analyst responsible for leading and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for enterprise IT infrastructure projects. These initiatives include network, security, cloud, and platform transformations.\nThis role will drive end to end test execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure infrastructure solutions meet both technical and operational requirements prior to production deployment.\nThe QA Analyst will serve as a central point of coordination between IT engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and vendor teams, ensuring test readiness, execution, defect resolution, and overall quality governance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSIT/UAT Planning & Coordination Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of SIT and UAT test cycles for IT infrastructure initiatives\nCoordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams (network, security, infrastructure, application teams)\nEnsure test environments, infrastructure configurations, and access are provisioned prior to testing\nAlign test scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria with project stakeholders\nTest Execution Oversight Manage day to day execution of SIT and UAT testing activities\nCoordinate assignment and tracking of test cases and execution status\nEnsure test scripts are executed and outcomes documented in test management tools\nOversee validation of infrastructure components (connectivity, security controls, integrations, system performance)\nFacilitate defect identification, logging, triage, and retesting cycles\nStakeholder Engagement\nAct as the liaison between: Infrastructure engineering teams Business users (UAT testers)\nVendors / system integrators\nCoordinate UAT tester engagement and ensure business validation of solution functionality\nLead daily/weekly test status calls and provide updates as required\nDefect & Quality Management Drive defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution across SIT/UAT\nEnsure defects are documented, communicated, and retested effectively\nValidate defect closure and confirm readiness for exit criteria\nEnsure cross-system integration issues (e.g., network routing, authentication, data flow) are properly diagnosed and resolved\nGovernance & Reporting Produce and present test status reporting (progress, defects, risks)\nEnsure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results\nSupport go/no-go decisions by providing clear testing metrics and readiness assessments\nEnsure testing outcomes align with enterprise infrastructure standards and operational readiness requirements\nTest Process & Continuous Improvement\nContribute to development of test strategy, test plans, and procedures Identify and implement improvements to testing processes and tools\nEnsure adherence to enterprise QA standards and testing best practices\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n5+ years of experience in QA / testing / test coordination roles\nProven experience leading SIT and UAT cycles within IT infrastructure or platform projects\nStrong understanding of: SDLC / testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, defect management)\nInfrastructure environments (networking, security, cloud, or data platforms)\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and business stakeholders\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in utility, regulated, or enterprise IT environments\nFamiliarity with: Network / security testing (e.g., firewall, VPN, identity, access)\nCloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or hybrid infrastructure environments\nData validation / reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, ERP)\nPrior experience acting as Test Lead / Test Coordinator\nFamiliarity with governance frameworks, audit readiness, or compliance-driven testing\n\nKey Competencies\n\nStrong organizational and coordination skills\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and technical dependencies\nClear, concise communication (technical + business audiences)\nProblem-solving and proactive risk management mindset\nAbility to translate technical infrastructure changes into business impacts\n\nWhy QualiTest?\nBe a part of a company who strives to support for diversity and inclusion in the workplace – we are one, we are many at Qualitest.
