You’ll be expected toown outcomes end-to-end , move seamlessly fromhands-on architecturetoexecutive boardroom demos , and set the bar for technical and strategic excellence across the organization.This is not a maintenance role. It’s a leadership seat for someone who canshape the direction of enterprise architecturein a company scaling at an unprecedented pace.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and enforceenterprise-wide architecture standardsfor data ingestion, modeling, governance, and integration.Architectscalable, secure, and high-performance platformsleveragingPython, Snowflake, Dagster, Azure, and containerization technologies .EstablishDagster orchestration patterns and frameworksas the enterprise standard, ensuring resiliency, observability, and reproducibility across data workflows.Lead high-visibilitypilots and proofs-of-concept , introducing bleeding-edge technologies to the enterprise.Leadership & ExecutionServe as thefinal escalation pointfor complex architectural challenges.Lead cross-functional teams under pressure, providingclarity and authorityin ambiguous, high-stakes situations.Mentor senior engineers and architects, raising the standard across the organization.Stakeholder EngagementOperate directly withexecutives and senior leadership , shaping architectural decisions tied to business outcomes.Deliverboardroom-level demos and presentationsthat drive strategic alignment.Build strong, trusted relationships across IT, business, and product teams.Governance & ReliabilityPartner with Data Ops and DevOps to ensuregovernance, observability, compliance, and reliabilityat enterprise scale.Implementmonitoring, alerting, and CI/CD practices for Dagster pipelines , ensuring production readiness.Drive platform roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based onstrategic enterprise value .Constantly scout emerging technologies, leading adoption where they create advantage.Redefinebest practices and patternsacross enterprise architecture.Push boundaries, ensuring the organization stays ahead of competitors indata platform innovation .Core Requirements10+ yearsindata architecture, data engineering, or enterprise solutions , with3+ years in leadership or consulting roles .Expert-level proficiency in Python, Snowflake, and Dagster :Advanced data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization in Snowflake.Hands-on orchestration expertise in Dagster , including asset-based workflows, partitioned jobs, scheduling, and observability.Proven ability to establishenterprise-wide Dagster frameworksand lead teams in their adoption.Deep experience withAzure cloud services , containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps), and modern CI/CD practices.Proven history ofarchitecting and scaling enterprise-grade data platformsin demanding environments.Consulting pedigree : client-facing leadership, rapid promotion history, and success in navigating ambiguous, complex projects.Exceptionalcommunication and executive presence ; equally confident in deep technical design and inC-suite conversations .A track record ofthriving in high-growth, high-change environmentswhere adaptability and decisiveness are paramount.What We OfferAtop-of-market compensation philosophy , ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.The opportunity to defineenterprise architecture standardsat scale in a rapidly growing, innovative company.Afast-moving environmentwhere impact is immediate and highly visible at the executive level.Direct ownership of initiatives that willshape the trajectory of the company’s data strategy .The chance to work withbleeding-edge technologiesand set standards for enterprise adoption.Multiple medical plan optionsHealth Savings Account with company contributionsDental & vision coverage for you and your dependents401k with Company matchVacation, sick time & Company paid holidaysCompany wellbeing program with health insurance incentivesWhat’s Next?
