Tiara’s Learning Center LLC is seeking Infant/Toddler, Preschool and School age Teachers to be apart of our Early Learning Center. Here at Tiara's Learning Center we focus on providing excellent childcare services while teaching your child(ren) the basic concepts of learning to help prepare them for a successful kindergarten school year. Duties include but are not limited to: Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs Implementing lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children Skills: Experience working with children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment Strong ability to make things run smoothly for other people while still being able to function on your own Flexibility is key to successful implementation of lesson plans/curriculum Strongly preferred knowledge of child development and preschool education Must have CPR/FIRST-AID and a clean background Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: Columbia, MO 65201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Childcare: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
