This role partners closely with property and corporate leadership to drive market share, maximize RevPAR and profitability, and support overall commercial performance through data-driven decision-making and strategic collaboration.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESLead revenue management strategy for assigned hotels, including pricing, inventory, and demand managementDevelop and execute strategies to improve RevPAR, market share, and overall hotel profitabilityAnalyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunitiesConduct regular reviews of hotel performance, forecasts, pace, and financial resultsPartner with General Managers, Sales Leaders, and fellow regional team members to optimize transient, group, and negotiated businessLead regular revenue strategy meetings with property leadership to ensure revenue opportunities are optimizedMonitor high-demand periods, special events, and market changes to maximize revenue opportunitiesUtilize brand revenue management systems and analytical tools to support strategic decision-makingReview STAR reports and other performance data to identify trends and opportunitiesSupport annual budgeting and bi-monthly forecasting processesMaintain strong relationships with brand partners, ownership groups, and internal stakeholdersStay current on industry trends, technology, and revenue management best practicesPOSITIONS FOR POSSIBLE ADVANCEMENTVice President of Revenue Management Requirements:PRE REQUISITESMinimum 5 years of hotel industry experienceAt least 2 years of revenue management experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred; hospitality, business, finance, or related field strongly desiredExperience with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, or IHG revenue management platforms preferredAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, hotel revenue systems, and industry tools such as CoStar, Lighthouse, Demand360, Kalibri, and othersAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESStrategic and analytical mindsetCommercial acumen and data-driven decision-makingRelationship building and cross-functional collaborationAdaptability and continuous learningInitiative and accountabilityEffective communication and confident presence WORKING CONDITIONS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSPosition is remote with a dedicated home office space requiredRequires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Regular use of standard office equipment including computer, phone, and video conferencing tools.
