Job Title: HVAC Controls Systems Engineer LeaderLocation: Fargo, ND 58102Duration: 03+ months contract (high possibility of extension)Shift: 1st Shift (Mon - Fri)Pay: $35/hr - $40/hr (Negotiable)Job Description:Seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Systems Engineer Leader to supervise Controls Systems Engineers and Designers for HVAC/building automation projects. The role involves project coordination, application engineering, commissioning support, team leadership, customer interaction, and ensuring timely delivery of engineering projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.Required (Must Have):Bachelor's degree in Engineering8+ years of Application Engineering experiencePrior experience leading or supervising engineering/technical teams5+ years of experience in the construction industryStrong knowledge of HVAC controls/building automation systemsExperience with project coordination, commissioning, and engineering deliverablesUnderstanding of cost management and accounting principlesStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):Master's Degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification
