What You’ll Be Responsible For
Core Accounting
Monthly bank reconciliations
Balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end close process
Maintain general ledger accuracy
Accounts payable processing and vendor management
Compliance & Reporting
Multi-state sales tax filings (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Audit support and documentation
Ensure GAAP compliance
Process Improvement
Identify workflow efficiencies
Strengthen internal controls
Support system improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
3+ years of professional accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Experience with sales tax compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
