Identify barriers and recommend innovative alternatives.\r\nSupport & Collaboration: Provide Tier 1-3 support for network and security devices and services.\r\nEducation, Experience, And Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in a related field, or 4+ years of progressive experience in network engineering.\r\nIn-depth understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, L2, L3, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols), network topologies, and network devices (firewalls, routers, switches).\r\nHands on experience with enterprise class switches, wireless, firewalls (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto)\r\nHave experience configuring, administering, supporting switches, firewalls and wireless\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nFamiliarity with emerging technologies and ITIL Foundations is a plus.\r\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.\r\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.\r\nAbility to multi-task effectively and be detailed oriented.\r\nWillingness to travel up to 15% to support global operations.\r\nDiasorin is committed to building a workplace where people feel empowered to contribute ideas, take ownership, and grow their careers.
