This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The Project Engineering Manager serves as the primary engineering interface between clients, project teams, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop project execution plans, defining scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, budgets, and project baselines.\nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control disciplines.\nMonitor project progress, engineering performance, costs, man-hours, and key performance indicators.\nIdentify and manage technical, schedule, cost, and execution risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and company procedures.\nLead engineering reviews, manage project changes, technical queries, and document control processes.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout project execution.\nPrepare Scope of Work (SoW), Scope of Facilities (SoF), execution strategies, schedules, man-hour estimates, and technical/commercial proposals to support business development activities\nBasic Job Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in a Project Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, or other related engineering/project leadership position\nProven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects, preferably within EPC/EPCM environments.\nStrong understanding of project execution, project controls, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.\nDemonstrated leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.\nFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.\nAvailability and willingness to travel regularly.\nTo be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
