This position serves as a linchpin in our ongoing Agile transition, demanding a steadfast commitment to continuous learning and the creation of an environment conducive to team growth.\n\nResponsibilities:\nFoster team growth through servant leadership, creating an environment where all team members thrive.\nSupport the team in adopting, teaching, and continuously improving Scrum practices.\nGuide the team through engaging retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nBe a collaborative team member; the Scrum Master does not manage the team.\nSupport a hybrid team, ensuring an inclusive environment for all members regardless of location.\nCollaborate with the team to enhance dynamics and culture continuously.\nFacilitate Scrum events and remove impediments hindering team goals.\nEncourage team decision-making within the team, not externally.\nUndertake additional assigned duties as requested.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\n\nQualifications:\n2 years of experience in a related role.\nPSM or CSM a plus but not required.\nExperience with version control systems like Git.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, to document defects, write test cases and collaborate with developers and other team members.\nDemonstrated ability to facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to team improvement.\nAbility to adapt to changes in company, department, and process, embracing a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and practices.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.\nCandidates may be requested to complete position specific skills assessments.\nApplicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.\nRequires the ability to satisfactorily complete a background check.\n\nWorking Settings:\nFull-time Salaried Exempt, not eligible for overtime\nOffice hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, Central Time zone, additional hours may be required depending on priorities.\nThis position is remote work eligible within the United States. Please be aware: the first week of employment includes mandatory in-person training. Remote start arrangements are not available.\nAlso mandatory: One week a year of in-person training with the department.\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary varies based on experience and qualifications, but typically ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year. Salary paid bi-weekly.\nMonthly Bonus Program - determined by the Company’s monthly revenue result and are paid on a “percent to plan” payout formula (90% = $300, 100% = $600, 110% = $900, 120% = $1,200).\nMonthly phone stipend in accordance with the Company’s cell phone policy, currently $120/month.\nHealth, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month following start date.\n401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.\nCompany-paid Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 with options to add more through employee contribution starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.\nFully paid Short-Term Disability provided by the Company.\nPersonal Time Off (PTO) annual amount of 120 hours which is prorated based on the number of days between the 60th day of employment and the end of the calendar year.
