Field Service\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMaintain a detailed inventory of tools and equipment\nEnsure proper storage and maintenance of the equipment & tools (in alignment with company WoW)\nMaintain and manage tool calibration program for Field Service specialized tools\nWork closely with appropriate stakeholders to understand their tool requirements and ensure timely delivery\nCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of new tools and/or the repair of existing ones\nLiaise with Field Service Operations in identifying needed tools based on scope and Wartsila manuals\nCoordinate and manage international shipping & receiving request\nSupport O&M customer sites and work with the local team on workshop process improvements and implementation\nSupport and maintain facility functions in accordance with company QEHS requirements and ISO standards\n\nDesired Education\nAssociate’s degree or High School Diploma (considering experience)\n\nDesired Skills and Experience\nThe applicant should have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience:\nCoordinating/managing tool room processes\nWarehouse operations\nShipping hazardous materials (international)\nFacility management functions\nWorking with Safety & Quality standards\nMust be fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal)\nMS Excel, MS Power Point MS Word, SAP and Salesforce knowledge\nProficiency in both English and Spanish languages\n\nAdditional Skills/Details\nAvailability to travel to the US and throughout the Caribbean\nTravel up 25% of the year\nForklift operator\nGood computer skills\nCoaching skills\n$40k -
