W-2 commision based with tips. Groomer must be able to perform clips to breed standard, have hand scissoring skills, be an animal lover and provide work references. Good customer service skills, some consulting with owners at drop off, pick up and phone, so an upbeat, pleasant personality is a must. Applicant must have reliable transportation.
