Determines software's compatibility with hardware and/or influences software's design in relation to hardware.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Good understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, etc. acquired from education and/or experience.\r\nExcellent programmer\r\nProficient at complex programming & knowledge of standard data structure and algorithms.\r\nMake recommendations for each when solving technical problems.\r\nCompletes assignments in a timely manner and within quality tolerance.\r\nWrite modular, maintainable code with some guidance.\r\nMake the right trade-offs to efficiently solve problems.\r\nRecognize impact software changes will have on systems.\r\nMake component changes.\r\nUnderstand and comply with provided requirements, translate them into code.\r\nUnderstands the principles of hardware to make design decisions.\r\nLink the work to the external market.\r\nBuild subject matter expertise within the current product domain.\r\nDelivers well structured, tested, and documented code within agreed-upon timelines.\r\nProvide reasonably accurate estimates of work.\r\nParticipates in all required meetings and agile ceremonies.\r\nKeen to provide test coverage to protect against future changes.\r\nTechnical expertise with full stack -\r\nC++ and having expertise in Java or ready to work on Java\r\nJSP\r\nSpring Boot\r\nReact\r\nREST Web Services\r\nMaven and other CI technologies.\r\nRequired Qualifications:Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience.\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.\r\nAble to present a track record of software development in the real world.\r\nMastery of one or more programming languages.\r\nExcellent code designing skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:Writes code faster than the average developer.\r\nOutstanding quality with few bugs in generated code.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Rocket Software Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
