This role offers immediate exposure to substantive matters and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in your career. You will be involved in all phases of litigation, working closely with experienced attorneys while also building independence in managing assignments. The position is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to sharpen litigation skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents Manage written discovery, including document review and e‑discovery processes Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case analysis Assist with depositions, hearings, and other court-related proceedings Support case strategy, timeline management, and matter progression Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to overall case executionQualifications 3–7 years of experience in commercial or corporate litigation Experience with pleadings, motion practice, and discovery Familiarity with e‑discovery tools and processes Deposition or court experience is a plus Strong research, analytical, and writing skills Solid academic credentialsRequirements Admission to practice in New Hampshire or ability to waive in Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Sound judgment and commitment to high-quality work productInterested in hearing more?
