This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the work, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.You'll be responsible for running crews, coordinating work in the field, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and above standard.What You'll DoLead and supervise carpentry crews on active job sitesPlan daily and weekly work to meet project schedulesOversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing workRead and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specificationsCoordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep work movingEnsure all work is performed safely and in compliance with jobsite standardsMaintain quality control and hold crews accountable for workmanshipWhat You BringStrong experience in metal stud framing and drywall systemsProven ability to run crews and manage field productionAbility to read and execute from plans and specificationsSkilled in the use of hand and power toolsSolid understanding of jobsite safety and union work environmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsCompensation & BenefitsUnion wage: $55.24/hour (per applicable union scale)Health & welfare benefits provided through the unionOpportunity to work on consistent, high-quality commercial projects with a stable contractorWhy Anning-JohnsonLong-standing, reputable contractor with over 80 years in the industryStrong safety culture and field supportSteady pipeline of commercial workOpportunity to lead crews and make an impact in the fieldAnning-Johnson Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
