Job DetailsThis position will not accept local candidates. Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available)BLS, ACLS,NIH required EOW, EOHUnit Specific DetailsUnit Size: 33 bedsRatios: 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights, acuity dependent.Patient Population: Cardiac Telemetry, Vascular and Med-Surg. Some Post Cath, Post Pacemakers.Lines/Drains/Devices: PICC's, dialysis catheter's, PEG tubes, ostomies, foley's, chest tubes, NG tubes, tube feeding (Kangaroo pumps), wound vacs.Airway: Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, Heated High Flow, High Flow, Nasal cannulas. No ventilators.Drips: Cardizem, Amio, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Lasix, Heparin, and Insulin. PCA pumps for pain management.Ancillary Staff: 1-3 PCA's and unit secretary depending on census and availability. Phlebotomy available for lab draws.Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs.Other: Nurses are required to read/verify telemetry strips once a shift in EPIC.BenefitsAt AMN Healthcare we take care of our travelers!
