Job Summary:\nWe are seeking an Assembly Process Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency and assembling the product that produces the quality and reliability we expect from our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of document preparation tasks, import inspections, process inspections, and final product inspections.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Process Preparation\nPrepare management plans to guide assembly processes.\n\nDevelop inspection standards to maintain consistent product quality.\n\nGenerate Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) for 4M change situations.\n\nReview the regular testing results received from customers and the Quality Control department.\n\nIdentify the root causes of assembly issues and formulate improvement strategies.\n\nEnsure that measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and in good working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.\n\n2. Inspections:\nConduct import inspections for resin materials in the molding process.\n\nPerform import inspections for paint materials used in our products.\n\nFor Molding:\nMeasure moisture content after drying resin.\n\nInspect ultra-small and medium-sized products for quality compliance.\n\nConduct final shipment inspections to ensure product quality.\n\nFor Painting:\nPerform process circuit inspections.\n\nMeasure coating thickness and assess adherence to quality standards.\n\nPerform final shipment inspections to verify paint quality.\n\nFor Assembly:\nInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.\n\nApprove or reject parts based on inspection and testing results.
