Chiropractic Assistant/ Care Coordinator

This role is vital in supporting patient care, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office support, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork accurately Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments as needed Maintain accurate records using electronic health record (EHR) systems Educate patients on treatment plans and post-care instructions Handle phone inquiries, follow-up calls, and appointment reminders Support administrative functions such as billing, coding, and document management Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, organized, and professional appearance Requirements Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks and office software applications Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care and confidentiality Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is desirable Candidate MUST be able to work Monday- Thursday no exceptions.
