This position will oversee projects from estimating and pre-construction through completion while maintaining strong customer relationships, controlling project costs, and leading field teams.\n\nWe are looking for a construction professional who can *estimate accurately, manage projects profitably, communicate effectively, solve problems, and lead people.*\n\n*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*\n\n* Estimate residential remodeling and new construction projects.\n* Meet with customers to understand scope, budget, and expectations.\n* Review plans, specifications, existing conditions, and project requirements.\n* Develop accurate labor, material, subcontractor, and project budgets.\n* Manage projects from contract through completion.\n* Maintain project schedules, budgets, job costing, and documentation.\n* Coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, materials, inspections, and deliveries.\n* Manage change orders and communicate changes clearly to customers.\n* Monitor project costs, labor, production, and profitability.\n* Conduct regular jobsite inspections to ensure quality and progress.\n* Resolve construction issues quickly and effectively.\n* Manage punch lists, closeout, and customer turnover.\n* Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.\n* Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, Foremen, and field personnel.\n* Promote accountability, teamwork, quality, and professionalism.\n* Help improve company processes and construction standards.\n\n*REQUIRED EXPERIENCE*\n\n* Extensive residential remodeling experience.\n* Extensive New construction experience.\n* Commercial and residential experience.\n* Proven project management and estimating experience.\n* Strong knowledge of residential/ commercial construction methods, materials, and sequencing.\n* Experience managing subcontractors and field crews.\n* Strong customer service and communication skills.\n* Demonstrated leadership and team-building ability.\n* Understanding of construction budgets, job costing, labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing.\n* Ability to read plans and specifications.\n* Strong organization and problem-solving skills.\n* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.\n\n*IDEAL CANDIDATE*\n\nThe ideal candidate is a *hands-on construction leader* who takes ownership of their projects and does not need to be micromanaged.
