E.g., retail, food & bev., hospitality, auto, and telecommunicationsHands-on experience handling cashSales & Communication Skills:2+ years cross-selling and referring productsClear, friendly communicationprofessional but approachableTech Savvy:Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platformsSchedule Flexibility:MondaySaturday availabilityWeekdays between 8:30 AM6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM2:30 PMCompensation & Career PathWe believe great talent deserves fair, transparent payand room to grow. Hourly pay is based on experience, internal equity, and role level:Member Service Rep I: $20.00 per hour. Requires a minimum of two-year recent customer service and sales experience.Member Service Rep II: $20.50 - $21.00 per hour. Requires a minimum six-months recent teller experience.Member Service Rep III: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour.
