{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"bf963e30a4489db7e428f522","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bf963e30a4489db7e428f522","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bf963e30a4489db7e428f522","title":"DevOps Architect","description":"Mitchell1, a Snap-on company, is seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our Azure DevOps ecosystem across multiple product lines.\r\nThis is a highly visible technical leadership role where you'll define enterprise DevOps standards, architect scalable cloud solutions, and partner with engineering, security, and business leaders to drive modernization initiatives.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nArchitect and govern end-to-end Azure DevOps and cloud platform solutions\r\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), security controls, monitoring, and release management processes\r\nDefine and evolve enterprise reference architectures and DevOps standards\r\nLead DevSecOps strategy, embedding security, compliance, and risk management throughout the software delivery lifecycle\r\nProvide technical leadership and architectural oversight to engineering teams\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions\r\nReview and approve infrastructure designs, automation frameworks, and deployment strategies\r\nMentor engineers and contribute to the organization's cloud and DevOps maturity\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience\r\n5+ years of cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure architecture experience\r\n3+ years designing enterprise-scale CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code solutions\r\nDeep expertise with Azure DevOps Services, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Test Plans\r\nStrong Terraform experience, including module design and environment management\r\nExperience integrating security, compliance, and identity controls into cloud architectures\r\nAdvanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash\r\nStrong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders\r\nAt Mitchell1, you'll have the opportunity to influence enterprise architecture decisions, shape cloud strategy, and work alongside talented engineering professionals developing industry-leading software solutions.
