The selected candidate will provide expert business process analysis and operational improvement support to advance key mission priorities across the Judiciary.\n\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\n\nMust undergo and pass a background investigation.\n\nThis position is contingent upon award.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProvide expertise in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance, and operational improvement\nAssess current workflows, roles, decision authorities, organizational interfaces, and governance structures supporting Court Security Officers and security systems operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, unclear responsibilities, and opportunities for standardization or modernization\nDevelop current and future state process models, evaluate organizational and governance alternatives, and define practical improvements to accountability, coordination, and decision making\nWork with security, workforce, and analytical SMEs, to ensure recommendations reflect operational requirements, stakeholder dependencies, and implementation constraints\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelors Degree\nMinimum Ten (10) years of experience in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance evaluation, and operational improvement within complex organizational environments\nProven ability to assess workflows, roles, decision authorities, organizational interfaces, and governance structures to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for standardization or modernization\nStrong background in developing current state and future state process models, evaluating organizational and governance alternatives, and defining practical improvements to accountability, coordination, and decision making\nExperience collaborating with security, workforce, and analytical subject matter experts to ensure recommendations accurately reflect operational requirements, stakeholder dependencies, and implementation constraints\nAbility to produce clear, actionable, and sustainable recommendations that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support mission critical operations\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPrevious Federal Court protection experience\nPrevious State or County Court protection experience\n\nAbout Mayvin\n\nMayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
