MRI Research Coordinator
Job Overview: Supports and coordinates clinical research studies within the Radiology department. Ensures protocol compliance, manages study activities, and serves as a key liaison between internal teams, investigators, and external partners. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage MRI/radiology-related clinical research projectsServe as liaison between investigators, IRB, sponsors, and internal departmentsTrack study participants in accordance with protocolsMaintain accurate study documentation, regulatory files, and adverse event reportingAssist with scheduling and coordination of research-related proceduresMonitor and ensure compliance with study requirements and data integrityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., oncology, transplant, neuroscience) on research initiativesSupport staff training and onboarding related to research protocols and procedures Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in clinical research or healthcare fieldMinimum 2 years of clinical research or healthcare coordination experienceKnowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation practicesExperience working with IRB processes and human subject research preferredStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
