Certified Advanced Esthetician
Core Duties & ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultations & TreatmentsConduct consultations based on doctor recommendations for Radio Frequency (RF) and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments.Assess patient eligibility, review medical history, and check for contraindications prior to treatments.Educate patients on treatment expectations, homecare routines, and aftercare instructions.Perform aesthetics-based treatments (e.g., skin rejuvenation, tightening, and other cosmetic services) in addition to medical dry eye therapies.Administrative & Office SupportSchedule patient appointments and manage follow-up visits.Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records. Document treatments in EMR system.Answer calls and emails, addressing patient concerns and treatment-related questions promptly.Other DutiesMaintain treatment rooms, ensuring equipment is clean, calibrated, and ready for use.Support overall clinic operations and assist team members as needed.Position Requirements (Recommended)Active Oregon CAE (Certified Advanced Esthetician) License - Required for performing advanced esthetic and ophthalmic procedures.Ability to learn and operate advanced ophthalmology and dry eye treatment equipment.Strong communication and patient consultation skills.Ability to review medical history for eligibility and contraindications.Knowledge of office procedures, scheduling, and payment systems.Comfort with both clinical and administrative tasks in a medical setting.
