You'll play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, conducting compliance reviews, validating reporting data, and delivering insights that enable successful project delivery.\n\nIf you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building impactful dashboards, and turning data into meaningful stories, we'd love to meet you.\n\nThis is a Hybrid role in the eastern Massachusetts area.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance project reporting solutions to monitor project performance, health, costs, schedules, and key business metrics.\nBuild, manage, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools used by project teams and leadership.\nAnalyze project cost, schedule, and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.\nValidate data sources and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and completeness.\nConduct compliance reviews and data audits to support governance requirements and reporting standards.\nTransform complex datasets into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.\nCollaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop effective analytics solutions.\nSupport forecasting, performance measurement, and operational reporting initiatives.\nAssist leadership in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and project performance metrics.\nHelp automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency through innovative data solutions.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Project Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.\n2-5 years of professional experience in data analytics, project reporting, project controls, finance, business analysis, or a related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on Power BI experience with the demonstrated ability to build, maintain, enhance, and support Power BI dashboards and reports. This is a required qualification.\nStrong experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.\nExperience validating data and conducting quality assurance reviews.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis techniques.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights within large datasets.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting project controls, capital projects, construction, infrastructure, utility, engineering, or consulting environments.\nKnowledge of project performance reporting, forecasting, cost analysis, or schedule analysis.\n\nNot quite right for you?
