Registered Nurse ManagerPay From: $45 Per HourMUST: The Registered Nurse Manager should have the following:Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse with 1+ year of supervisory experienceLeading and overseeing staff and work-flowCoaching and training staffAmbulatory setting experience, perioperative/Preop/PACU experienceMonitoring patient careProviding clinical supportComfortable starting and administering IV'sImplementing continuing qualityEnsuring compliance with Infection prevention and patient safety protocolsBLS and ACLS CertifiedDUTIES: The Registered Nurse's duties include but are not limited to the following:Initiate and administer IV'sHandle Pre-OP and Post Operative CareTrain and Lead staffEnsure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standardsProvide clinical support as neededOversee and coach staff and ensure smooth work flowHandle clinical duties as requiredMonitor patient careReport adverse reactions to medications or treatmentsProvide patient education on surgical proceduresAssist providers as neededImplement infection prevention and safety protocolsPrepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patientsQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
