Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including work on large projects as well as leading smaller end-to-end projects.\r\nOrganizational management including strategic planning, budgeting, project management, professional development and process improvements\r\nAbility to work with and manipulate data, create CSV files for upload into other systems\r\nPrepare executive level reports to track and meet project targets and budgets, escalate issues and roadblocks, and recommend solutions to resolve challenges\r\nSupport senior management by identifying risks and ensuring the smooth continuance of business functions and integrations with other technical security platforms across the enterprise\r\nLead working groups to address technical security operations, strategies, risks, and product support as needed\r\nExpert Project Management skills (Agile & Waterfall) required\r\nFamiliar with applications like Bluebeam and AutoCAD for the mark up, measure and manage construction documents and floor plans.\r\nAbility to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership and accountability\r\nKnowledge of physical security technology to include Physical Security Incident Management (PSIM), Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Video Management Systems (VMS), Physical Intrusion Detection and Alarm Monitoring Systems, as well as associated devices and equipment\r\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills\r\nPreferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:\r\nKnowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture and design preferred\r\nFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT: This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
