prepare regular status updates and reportsMaintain organized documentation of program activities, participant data, and compliance requirementsIdentify and resolve operational challenges to ensure program continuity and successSchool & Partner CoordinationServe as primary liaison between the program and participating schools, training providers, and community partnersCoordinate program implementation across multiple school districts, including scheduling presentations, orientations, and training sessionsCollaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators to promote apprenticeship opportunities and support student engagementDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with employers and stakeholders to support program participationScheduling & LogisticsCoordinate all program scheduling, including workshops, orientations, meetings, and training sessions (virtual and in-person)Manage calendars, venue arrangements, travel coordination, and event logisticsEnsure all program materials, technology, and resources are prepared and available for events and training sessionsSupport facilitation and execution of events, workshops, and outreach activitiesApplication & Participant SupportSupport the apprenticeship application process, including outreach, intake, screening, and onboarding of participantsAssist applicants with completing required forms, documentation, and eligibility requirementsMaintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate data entry and reportingProvide ongoing communication and support to participants throughout the program lifecycleOutreach, Communications & Marketing SupportAssist in development and distribution of program marketing materials, presentations, and outreach campaignsSupport social media, website updates, and communications to promote program visibility and engagementParticipate in community events, school visits, and partner meetings to increase awareness of apprenticeship opportunitiesReporting & Administrative SupportPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports summarizing program outcomes and deliverablesCollect and analyze feedback through surveys and stakeholder engagement to support continuous improvementMaintain accurate records to ensure compliance with the client and contract requirementsProvide general administrative support to the Program Manager and broader teamSupervisionReports to the Business Services Program Manager and collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholdersSupervisory Responsibilities: NoneRequired Education, Skills, And AbilitiesEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or related field;
