Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Field Safety Representative. The Field Safety Representative will be responsible for overseeing compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations, conducting workplace safety inspections, providing safety training to teams, and developing effective communication strategies regarding safety practices. The role ensures that all health and safety measures are implemented effectively and adheres to company and regulatory policies. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practicesProficient communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey safety protocols and engage with teamsExperience in conducting safety inspections and implementing safety measures on-siteAbility to create and deliver comprehensive safety training sessionsPerform ride-a-longs with deivers and developing a personal relationship with our local customersRelevant certifications in safety or EHS are preferred, experience in chemical transportation is a mustStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPhysical ability to conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance at all times
