We seek to be good corporate citizens and encourage and promote employee participation in community and volunteer work.\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are seeking an experienced NASA SEWP Program Manager to oversee and manage contracts under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracting, direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts, and the ability to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful program execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the overall execution and administration of NASA SEWP contracts.\nServe as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and company policies.\nCoordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management.\nMonitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful execution.\nSupport proposal development, contract transitions, and business development efforts related to NASA SEWP opportunities.\nCollaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.\nTrack contract metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and customers.\nIdentify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance contract performance.\nMaintain strong relationships with government customers and industry partners.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts.\nMinimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts.\nStrong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or Program management degree.\nExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n2+ years of hands-on NASA SEWP contract management experience.\nKnowledge of NASA procurement policies and contract administration.\nExperience working with government customers, subcontractors, and prime contractors.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nPrior exp as NASA SEWP PM or Deputy PM.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nIntegres offers competitive salaries bolstered by a comprehensive benefits package, which provides safety and security for our employees and their families.
