This role will partner closely with portfolio managers, traders, engineering, and operations to define user journeys, streamline trade lifecycle processes, and ensure scalable execution across asset classes.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nGain understanding of current state end-to-end PM and trading workflows for SMA Solutions business that spans across multiple asset class/geographic locations/client segments.\r\nPartner closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders to understand the challenges in current workflow including compliance, order generation, order management and trade execution processes\r\nVisualize ideal state exception-based workflow to operate at scale using optimization as the central order generation tool\r\nDefine requirements for engineering teams to execute on the vision set by SMA business\r\nImplement STP of Client directed trading activities to increase operational efficiency\r\nSkills\r\nHands-on experience in designing exception portfolio management process.\r\nDeep understanding of order and trade life cycle for retail SMA portfolios\r\nFamiliarity with most used asset classes in wealth management\r\nAbility to think outside box for solving complex multi-dimensional problems\r\nHighly analytical and detail oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills\r\nCreative thinker who challenges status quo and pursues excellence\r\nQualifications\r\n5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or wealth tech.\r\nProven track record in defining and implementing solutions that surpassed expectations\r\nBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in product management is a plus.\r\nFamiliarity with Aladdin, Charles River & Perform is big plus\r\nFor SF4-San Francisco - 400 Howard Street and SAU - 3 Harbor Dr, Suite 204, Sausalito, CA Only the salary range for this position is USD$162,500.00 - USD$215,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
