relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.\n* Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT service management processes.\n* Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams\n* Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP).\n* Experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance troubleshooting.\n* Experience developing Python-based applications or automation scripts.\n* Knowledge or hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and AI Agent development.\n* Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.\n* Experience building AI-powered workflow automation, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) applications, or LLM-based services.\n*
