The Shift Supervisor provides behavioral support and crisis intervention, and leads residential counselors through in-the-moment coaching and support. The Shift Supervisor works with the Transitional Living Director to develop and maintain systems within the house, and insure the house is safely maintained in a clean, orderly fashion.\nSchedule: Full-time, 40-hours - 2nd shift\nStarting pay: $25.00 to $25.50 per hour based on qualifications'experience.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nValid, current driver’s license for 3 or more years and acceptable driving record (REQUIRED)\nThis position requires reliable personal transportation and compliance with Stevens’ personal-\nvehicle requirements within the first 90 days of employment. Employees must maintain a valid driver’s license, current registration, and automobile insurance with minimum coverage of\n$100,000/$300,000/$100,000 or a $300,000 combined single limit.
