The salary is $65,000 - $70,000.\n\nJob Summary\nStaci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for the site.\n\nJob Duties\n\nHelp to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.\n\nManage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.\n\nResponsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.\n\nPlan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.\n\nTrain on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment\n\nMotivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.\n\nManage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.\n\nKnowledge Of\n\nWarehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability\n\nPrinciples and practices of leadership and work management\n\nWarehouse-related SOP’s\n\nIndividual Account work instructions\n\nWarehouse processes and procedures\n\nSkilled In\n\nMake recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.\n\nInterviews and recommends associate applicants for hire.\n\nManage the 5S of the facility.\n\nTraining and developing hourly associates\n\nSafety\n\nMS Office\n\nOrganizational protocols\n\nAbility To\n\nMulti-task in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse environment\n\nTrain and develop hourly associates\n\nLearn AMWARE proprietary WMS\n\nUnderstand and ensure compliance with SOP’s, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and procedures\n\nThe ideal candidate will have: Three to Five (3-5) years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.\n\nFull benefit package including Health, 401k, Dental, Vision\n\nOur House Rules\n\nSHOOT STRAIGHT Tell it like it is.
