The role is not intended to provide administrative support to any line of business, project teams, or client delivery functions.Core Responsibilities Reception & Visitor Support Greet and assist visitors and provide a professional front-of-house experience. Answer and route calls associated with office operations. Ensure only authorized individuals enter the suite and follow security protocols. Open the office promptly at 800 a.m.; arrive early as needed for meetings or visitor support. Facilities & Workplace Support Respond to and coordinate facilities-related issues. Coordinate work orders with building management and vendors. Serve as site contact for breakroom, coffee machine, and supply vendors. Monitor and restock common-area supplies. Provide routine coffee machine maintenance support. Support minor office moves and space changes. Assist with sustainability, health, safety, and security initiatives. Maintain employee security access cards following procedures. Mail & Shipments Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and overnight shipments. Office Communication Share Facilities-related updates with Bellevue office staff. Workplace Standards Perform work safely and effectively. Schedule time off in advance with Facilities Manager. One-hour lunch period, typically midday. Other Facilities-aligned duties as assigned.Reporting Relationship This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager based in the Bellevue office.Disclaimer This role is Facilities-focused and supports workplace operations only.
