What we’re looking for (key signals)Strong client-facing communication and comfort working with senior stakeholders. Hands-on RAG experience (this is a core requirement): you can clearly explain how you approach chunking, retrieval, and vector search, and you’ve implemented RAG beyond a surface-level demo.
