The responsibilities include programming, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm and life safety systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Other tasks include responding to service calls, working closely with the engineering team for system modifications, and providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsProficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and expertise in fire alarm system wiring and installationStrong Troubleshooting and Alarm Systems programming experienceKnowledge of Life Safety protocols and compliance with relevant codes and standardsExcellent Customer Service skills with effective communication and professionalismRelevant certifications or licenses in fire alarm systems and low voltage systems are highly desirableAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects efficientlyPrior experience with systems like Edwards, Notifier, Gamewell, FireLite, Siemens, or Mircom preferredFamiliarity with FDNY engineering and filing processes is a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving record
