We are open 7 days a week from 5:30 to 1:00.\nJob includes:\nOpen availability with reliable means of transportation/communication\nSupervise staff to make sure that they perform their duties with customer satisfaction in mind.\nTrain new crew members to handle food preparation and serving duties as necessary.\nProvide workers with information on food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene and any company policies, procedures, standards, and processes.\nKeep an eye on operational issues such as theft and wastage and establish protocols to minimize them.\nAssist in processing payments through the cash register, credit card terminals, and also with loyalty and gift card transactions.\nListen and address customers’ complaints and suggestions.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nCompleting daily opening and closing procedures e.g. Opening/closing register, petty cash draw balance, run register closing tapes, bank deposit count, closing reports.\nEssential skills and Experience Required:\nStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skills\nPleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating nature, and enthusiasm self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability\nBasic computer, telephone, and fax knowledge\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
