We can’t wait to hear from you!\n_________________________________\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.\nCollaborate with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.\nWrite clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.\nPerform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nOptimize application performance and scalability through code optimization, caching, and other techniques.\nStay updated with industry trends and advancements in Node.js development, and apply them to improve our development processes.\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality and consistency.\nWork closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.\nContinuously enhance your skills and knowledge through self-learning, attending conferences, and staying up to date with the latest technologies and tools.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\nProven experience as a Node.js Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.\nSolid understanding of server-side JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.\nProficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications.\nExperience with modern frontend technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.\nFamiliarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nUnderstanding of version control systems, particularly Git.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.\nAbout STG\nOur unique consulting company has been changing lives since 1996, providing full-time employment with benefits and paid time off.
